Dior girl in Saint Tropez

This girl started posing at the entrance of Christian Dior in Saint-Tropez. You see a lot of girls posing in front of designer stores in Saint-Tropez, and subsequently their friends taking pictures. The house of Christian Dior, with its style and class, is a different league at the beautiful venue they own in Saint-Tropez.

Waiting in class, take the time, and prepare for the next shoot.

Prepare for the next shoot en GO!

This girl could be one of the next top-model girls, an absolute stunning pose! If she is the next bond girl, remember this shot!

Two girls posing and young lifestyle influencers

These two girls were talking to each other on the stairs of a restaurant in the city of Lorgues, Var, France. They did see me taking a photo and instantly moved into this ‘pose’. Therefore I took this photo of them. I’m amazed by them being so ‘camera aware’ that I truly think these ladies are in the early stage of their modeling career and will become young lifestyle influencers.

Lorgues is a typical southern France village where you most likely will take hundreds of photos since some scenes are straight from movie-like scenes.

You never know what will happen during the night. When I took this shot I was amazed by the trees that seem to move over the hill. The ones on the left have difficulties in climbing the steep hill. Like runners that do exactly the same, I can imagine what they say to each other. “When we reach the valley, don’t forget to upload your activity to Strava fellow members”. Otherwise, the other leaf-like members don’t believe you!

On my way from Vidauban to La Motte, I stubled upon Château Sainte Roseline. A gorgeous Château with a beautiful chapel alongside the domain. This bronze representation of a man swimming lies behind the main entrance in a small pond. The artists who created the statue did do his homework by looking at the facial expression of a swimmer. I try to look at places where you would never look for anything. Do so, you will find pearls like in an oyster.

Island reflection in the evening

I’m always looking at reflections in the water. While in cities I always look upwards. At least, i’m always checking things in the scenery where other people (most of them) are only looking forward on eye level.

This one I’ve taken late in the evening where the sun sets behind the trees on the little island. The small shelter for birds is situated on a small lake in the Dierdonk neighborhood in the city of Helmond, The Netherlands.

Urbex station Montzen

The station of Montzen in Belgium is an old abandoned train terminal. It was build during WOI at around 1915 to accommodate the German troops. During WOII heavily bombed. After WOII it was restored, but it never has it’s old glory. In 1952 they shut down the passenger trains, so it was only used for cargo trains. Today it has lost all it’s glory and is a site of vandalism. The urbex photographers will make sure we remember this once great train terminal.

Sint-Janskathedraal ‘s-Hertogenbosch

The St. John’s Cathedral in the city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) is really a magnificent cathedral. It has a very richly decorated and extensive interior. It has the honorary title of Basilica Minor by Pope John Paul II in 1985.
It truly is a majestic building and you can almost feel the hard labor that has been done to build this cathedral.
Notice the nicely build houses if the stroll around at the back of the cathedral, they breath romance.
